The apartment was well-equipped and clean, featuring essential amenities such as an electric kettle, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The convenient location made it relatively easy to access with a car. I encountered significant issues with customer service. Communication was confusing regarding payment, which ultimately added unnecessary stress to my arrival. The fact that their payment link didn't work on Safari should definitely be communicated in advance-an oversight that affects a guest's experience, especially at this price point. While they offer services like in-room breakfast and massages, the lack of a proper reception means that getting assistance can be tricky. Ultimately, if luxury is what you're after, consider whether the convenience and service align with the expense.
